Founder and CEO Nohemi Leon possesses over two decades of experience in diverse aspects of property management across Northern and Southern California. Her journey in the real estate industry commenced alongside distinguished real estate brokers in Southern California where she learned to maximize the value and market appeal of properties.
Nohemi has garnered extensive expertise in overseeing Class A communities through comprehensive rehabilitation projects, significantly enhancing their market value. Over a decade ago, she transitioned into the realm of common interest developments, cultivating a profound passion for collaborating directly with communities to realize their aspirations. During her early years Nohemi garnered experience in crisis management having volunteered for many years as a victim advocate, a skill set she now employs with communities in need of care and steady guidance.
The establishment of Sage Community Services was a response to a critical need for services that Nohemi identified during her tenure with other property management companies where she learned to advocate for the needs of communities. Sage’s mission is laser-focused on nurturing communities that promote harmony and satisfaction among their residents.
Nohemi’s commitment to transparency and equity has enabled her to build an unparalleled network of professionals spanning the fields of engineering, law, construction, and finance. Her cooperative approach to caring for communities allowed her to gain a wide range of proficiencies in the fields of litigation administration including defect and post-litigation repairs, administrative construction and project management, native landscape design as well as community development.
