Board members are valuable volunteers. We want to help protect their time and commitment to helping the community through education.  Our focus is to help you avoid pitfalls and unnecessary liability in a world with ever-changing laws affecting common interest developments.  Whether you are new to the Board of Directors or a long-time member our educational programs will help you understand your role in the governance of communities and how to make decisions that nurture a community’s growth and long-term stability.

We offer board member orientations that are open to the entire community thereby creating a sense of appreciation and accountability within the community.  We also host expert best practice workshops with industry leaders in the fields of law, finance, and maintenance as well as homeowner orientations aimed at providing new members with the resources necessary for a smooth transition into the community.

We also focus on educating homeowners on their rights and responsibilities as owners so that everyone in the community can come together to accomplish its goals.  We accomplish this by creating informative and detailed community newsletters and welcome/introductory materials for each of our communities. Our goal is to ensure that members and board members alike can accomplish their goals in an informed manner because we believe that knowledge is power.
