Vendor Management
Sage Community Services takes great pride in the relationships we have built with the vendors who service our communities. We have built trust with our industry partners through many years of hard work and accountability. We believe that we have a responsibility to our communities to ensure that any service or work performed meets the standard of care and that we help bring common sense and innovative solutions to our board members to see their vision and goals met.
Ensuring that our communities are thriving requires teamwork between our service providers, expert consultants, community managers, and board members. Our vendor qualification process minimizes potential risks for all parties by ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and a proven track history of success for all of our vendors. To accomplish this, we regularly monitor the insurance policies of our vendors, any required licenses, the timely completion of service requests, and the quality of services provided.
We will alert our communities whenever a vendor has failed to meet the standard of care and bring you possible replacements that meet your standards of quality and budgetary needs. We believe managing vendors and their performance is our job.
